Excel Hyperlinking Not Working

When I hyperlink the entire folder it works but when I try to hyperlink the individual excel documents in that folder which is what I have to do; it won't work. I've even converted the documents to 2010 excel and still didn't work. I don't have any clue what to do about it.

What's the exact path to the document you're trying to Hyperlink too? And you're using Excel 2010?
